Kiroyoga personal training puts 100% focus on you and your training.

Kiroyoga-PT is primarily designed for those who need to get their training started, or need to learn yoga from scratch, but also for those who want to go further using yoga.

After your consultation with Stefan, and once you’ve received details of your planned training programme, you need a personal trainer who instructs and advises you so that you learn the techniques and do the exercises correctly.

Netti gets close and “hands on” so that she can come into contact with the right muscle groups and movements. The aim is for you to feel confident about the exercises so that you can do your yoga exercises on your own.
